Tomato Harissa Confit with BEZI Plain

Ingredients
Serves 4
For tomato confit:
2 -3 branches of cute looking cherry tomatoes on the vine
2 -3 tbsp of harissa of your choice
Olive oil enough to fill in your ramekin
Salt, pepper and any other spices you would like to put it in
For the base:
1 tub of BEZI Plain Labneh
Preparation
Place all the confit ingredients in a small Dutch oven or lidded ramekin.
Bake at 400°F for approximately 25 minutes.
Spread BEZI Plain labneh onto a serving plate, then top it with the warm tomato confit.
Drizzle some of the infused oil from the ramekin over the dish for added flavor.
