Tomato Harissa Confit with BEZI Plain

Ingredients

Serves 4

  • For tomato confit:

    • 2 -3 branches of cute looking cherry tomatoes on the vine

    • 2 -3 tbsp of harissa of your choice

    • Olive oil enough to fill in your ramekin

    • Salt, pepper and any other spices you would like to put it in

  • For the base:

    • 1 tub of BEZI Plain Labneh

Preparation

  1. Place all the confit ingredients in a small Dutch oven or lidded ramekin.

  2. Bake at 400°F for approximately 25 minutes.

  3. Spread BEZI Plain labneh onto a serving plate, then top it with the warm tomato confit.

  4. Drizzle some of the infused oil from the ramekin over the dish for added flavor.
