Caviar, Baguettes and Labneh

Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 1 baguette

  • 1 tub of BEZI Plain

  • Caviar of your choice (I used salmon roe)

  • Chives for decoration (flowering chives the better! I found them at my local farmers market)

Preparation

  1. Slice a baguette into 12 fresh pieces and arrange them on an elegant serving platter.

  2. Add a dollop of BEZI Plain labneh to each slice, then top with your preferred caviar.

  3. Finish with a sprinkle of finely chopped chives for a touch of color and flavor.
