Dressed Courgettes

Ingredients
Serves 4
1 tub BEZI Everything
2 courgettes (Zucchini)
1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Juice and zest of a lemon
Pinch of yemeni black seed
Smoked flake salt to taste
4 tbsp EVOO
Preparation
Whisk EVOO, lemon juice, toasted sesame seeds, and kosher salt in a large bowl for the dressing. Let rest for at least 5 min.
Spiralize courgettes.
Toss spiralized courgettes in the dressing.
Spread BEZI Everything onto the plate.
Plate over the labneh and garnish with black seeds, flake salt, and EVOO. Serve chilled.
